Rail
For the first customer industry in AWS’s company history, we develop, manufacture and assemble important train components made of high-performance plastics that fulfil the highest fire protection requirements. We offer customised solutions from design to final assembly.
Truck and bus
For this industry, we primarily process materials for durable products. For example, we manufacture pressure-tight components, including ready-to-install designs, and offer open book quotations for complete transparency.
Agriculture
For the agricultural sector, we primarily process robust plastics with high UV protection requirements for daily use in the field – ensuring long-lasting use.
Consumer goods
Consumer goods require good scalability for what can sometimes be very large quantities. We manufacture annual volumes of several million units for a wide range of products. We use a wide variety of plastics, such as polypropylene, ABS, TPU and polycarbonate.
Food
Processing of plastics suitable for food contact and plastics with metal additives for improved detectability.
Industrial goods
Manufacture of small to medium quantities of components and support for the economic feasibility of switching production from 3D printing to plastic injection moulding.
Energy
For many years, we have been contributing to cost efficiency in the energy sector and supporting energy projects with high-quality plastic components – from cable ties to pipe clamps.
Medical engineering
We process high-temperature plastics that are medically approved and suitable for sterilisation. Thanks to our experience in processing at extreme temperatures – up to 370 °C at the nozzle with oil-heated tools – we guarantee the highest material quality and dimensional stability.
Defense
In the development and manufacture of components for military applications, we place the utmost importance on safety, traceability and functionality. All processed materials and components are fully traceable – from the material batch to the finished product.
